The Creative Social: Innovative Ideas & Mental Excellence
In this generation ingenuity is finally being celebrated and The Creative Social provides a sounding board for young, fresh ideas to thrive. This event will have a myriad of young entrepreneurs that vary from writers, designers, stylists, artists as well as business professionals.
Each attendee has the opportunity to promote their company/organization by renting a booth space to display flyers, business cards, portfolios or any display pieces that would fit within the booth space. There will also be a 90-minute moderated session to discuss some of the growing struggles as a young professional/entrepreneur.
Our mission is to create a more connected community among young professionals where we can support each other in a positive way. I hope you can be apart of our movement!

The Creative Social Event has a $10.00 cover for each attendee. Each attendee is permitted to bring business cards, portfolios and/or a mobile device (IPad/tablet) to show information as long as the item can be held within your hand.
To rent a booth space:
Single business professional- $35.00;
Company/Organization: $70.00.
If you choose to rent a booth space, you are not subject to a cover fee. Space is limited – please reserve your booth by February 18, 2013. Set-up time is available from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. For questions regarding acceptable display options, please use the contact information provided above.

Stylist Fatima Farmer w/ Yesterday’s Glam

Yesterdays Glam's first fashion show took place October 7, 2012 at Kolo Klub in Hoboken, NJ. The intimate showcase hosted by Munyiva Munguti featured different eras of vintage glam for both men and women. Owner of the company Shonel said:

Yesterday’s Glam 1st Fashion Show was A for Awesome!!!!
Despite the events that happened to me prior to the event, the show turned out to be another A for AMAZING!!!! and God is A for Awesome! He does not put more on me than I can bare. It was truly a wonderful experience, and It has been a week and I am still taking it all in. I must say that I have learned a lot, not only about managing things, people, money, but also managing myself. The past two months have been stressful yet, I managed; granted I just jumped into it without looking when it came to the show, but it was all worth it to be honest.
The models were wonderful and beautiful, the make up artist and hairstylist did their thang, The event coordinator Jocelyn Mcwilliams had the venue looking amazing, the venue itself set the tone for the show, the stylist Shalimar Rosas had the models looking “OH SO Yesterday’s Glam”, Dj Young Fresh set the tone as well with the tunes, Munyiva “the Diva” Munguti had the audience in anticipation, the Symister’s had everyone stuffed off the delicious food, the drinks were flowing, and Yesterday’s Glam was the talk of the night! Once again Thank you to everyone who played a part in the show, as well as those who came out to support the Yesterday’s Glam movement. I am truly blessed, you all keep me motivated!!! again thank you!!!
